“THE DESIGN CELEBRATES THE ESSENCE OF HEJAZI ARCHITECTURE THROUGH CONTEMPORARY INTERPRETATION. THIS APPROACH HAS GUIDED THE PLACEMENT OF INDIVIDUAL BUILDINGS CREATE PATHWAYS BETWEEN THAT ALLOWS FOR GUESTS TO DISCOVER NEW PLACES, EXPERIENCES AND VIEWS AS THEY MOVE BETWEEN THE BUILDINGS.”
The Concept Design as presented here represents the work done for the Island within the Marina District of the overall Jeddah Central Development.
Anchored by the Oceanarium on the north, each of the programed spaces along with the marina and cruise terminal have been carefully arranged to represent a modern interpretation of Jeddah’s architectural heritage.
