Located within the National Capital Region of Riyadh, a core development area, the project aims to build a vibrant and diversified economy and improve Riyadh’s ranking as a global city.

The proposed urban design concept for a parcel adjacent to King Salman Park in Riyadh draws inspiration from the Chinese character 川, symbolizing rivers and flowing water. This concept integrates a network of water features, green corridors, and pedestrian pathways that mimic the character's fluidity, introducing sustainable water management and enhancing urban health. By weaving shaded areas, natural cooling systems, and spaces for social interaction into the design, the project aims to foster a vibrant, resilient, and eco-friendly urban environment. The emphasis on water not only reflects a cultural metaphor but also prioritizes sustainability and well-being in alignment with Riyadh’s Vision 2030 goals.
